B2B Basketball’s Founder: Andy Gram
Andy grew up playing basketball in Portland, Oregon. Playground basketball, CYO Basketball, & AAU Basketball prepared him for a successful high school career where he was 2nd team all-state as a Senior. Andy received a Basketball scholarship to Division II Holy Names and played at Division III Hendrix College. Andy was a shooting guard but has experience training all positions. He has a passion for player development and has been exposed to 20+ years of basketball training techniques. Now in his early thirties, he still plays, but with a lower level of athleticism. He has won several Chicago City Championships as well as an Austin Lifetime Fitness League Championship.
Formerly known for his coaching and training work with middle and high school athletes on the West Coast looking to make the collegiate playing ranks, Andy now serves the Austin market and is open to working with children as young as 7.
Andy feels that lessons learned on the court transfer to success in the real world whether it’s professionally or socially.

Basketball Philosophy
Players First Coaching
B2B Basketball is designed for kids aged 7-15 to improve skills and in game decision making. Our goal is to bring the best out of every player we coach. Through our trainings common themes include fostering a positive attitude, providing constructive feedback, encouraging hard work, and adapting to individual player needs while teaching the fundamental elements of the game.
B2B Basketball prioritizes the long-term development, well-being, and growth of the players over anything else, and our program is built on the foundation of personalized attention. We aim to build confidence, competence, and character, helping athletes strengthen their connection to the game. By focusing on the players first, success, both on and off the court, naturally follows.
